Please note the following time frames are after fulfillment. Meaning the order has been processed, printed and packed. While we do our best to get orders to you as soon as possible we ask that you allow 2-7 business days for fulfillment. On average within orders are processed within 3 days of ordering.

Order never arrived:
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at orders@geekstees.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
If the address was incorrect we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address though this will have to be at your cost.
All of our orders ship with a tracking code so you should always be able to keep up to date with the status of your delivery. The tracking code can be seen in your shipping confirmation email. Depending on the carrier used it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to display. If you're having trouble tracking your order get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
