Refunds & Returns

Wrong Size Ordered:

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of items ordered in the wrong size. We would be happy to ship another size to you but this would be at your expense. Get in touch with us by emailing orders@geekstees.com and we'll let you know how to proceed.

Printing Errors:

We do our best to ensure the highest quality prints are sent on every order. If you notice any printing errors let us now within 4 weeks of receiving your item. Just send a picture of the issue to orders@geekstees.com and we'll look after you!

Damaged Goods:

While our items are always carefully packaged it is possible, however, unlikely that it may get damaged along the way. If this does happen please get in touch with us at orders@geekstees.com with a photograph of the damaged goods within 4 weeks of receiving your order.

Defective Items:

Any claims for defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Sale Items:

Sale item sales are final and we cannot offer a refund or exchange for these items.
